ASSESSMENT & EVALUATION

The Downtown Strategic Plan will be conducted in three phases. Phase 1 was completed at the close of 2021, and the initial findings and supporting information are published below.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

The City of Monroe is so excited to have phase 2 of the downtown strategic plan coming to a close. This phase focused on community engagement, led by Katrina Branson, to get direct feedback from City constituents, stakeholder groups, organizations, and more about what they would love to see happen in downtown.
