Phase 2
The City of Monroe is so excited to have phase 2 of the Downtown Strategic Plan coming to a close. Our team for this phase was comprised of Campo Architects, Carbo Landscape Architecture, CSRS and Katrina Branson with Holistic Vibes. This phase focused on community engagement, led by Katrina Branson, to get direct feedback from City constituents, stakeholder groups, organizations, and more about what they would love to see happen in downtown.
