Consultant Workshop

In preparation to the team’s site visit to Monroe, weekly meetings were conducted between the City, all consultants, and design teams. Starting Tuesday August 9th through Friday August 12th, design and City teams gathered in the Garrett House to engage in design sessions to identify opportunities and constrains, compile list of potential catalyst sites, study circulation challenges and openings, and brainstorm about potential economic incentives.
