Volunteer Opportunities

Registration & Check-In | Assist attendees with conference registration, name badges, and welcome materials.
Hospitality Team | Serve as a welcoming face for Monroe by assisting guests and providing directions and general information.
Food Service / Hospitality Stations | Assist with food and beverage service during conference events.
Event Set-Up & Breakdown | Help prepare venues before events and assist with cleanup afterward.
Host City Party | Support activities during Monroe's signature Host City Party.
Information & Wayfinding | Direct attendees to meeting rooms, hotels, shuttle stops, and event locations.
Transportation Assistance | Assist guests with transportation on golf carts for the Host City Party/Block Party
General Event Support | Help wherever additional assistance is needed throughout the conference.
Photography / Social Media Support (if applicable)
